Para Ordnance Serial Number Year Guide
Does anyone know what serial number Para starts with when they make a new model?? I purchased an Expert full size last spring and I thought it weird that I saw the gun in my local shop before it was on their website. I recently sold it to a friend and when we were doing the paperwork I noticed that the serial number was 001004NW. I talked to someone else later and he thought that Para started with 001000 which would make mine the 4th one made. I don't know if he is correct or not, but it got me thinking. Does anyone out there know??

I don't know a lot about LDA's but if its a Limited it will have adjustable sights (LPABomar style). I'm stretching my memory here but I thought on LDA's all the trigger pulls were the same. Kind of a very light double action and consistent on every pull. LDA stands for Light double action. I'm sure there are some people here that are more knowledgeable than I am on the LDA's. Also check out the Facebook group Para Ordnance Clubhouse. There are some or one person that used to work for PARA USA that can answer technical questions about LDA actions.
